1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using YnotInsider Academy ("Service"), operated at ynotinsider.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YnotInsider Academy is an online educational platform offering courses on forex trading, market structure, and financial literacy. The Service includes video lessons, text content, interactive AI-powered tools ("AI Dealer"), homework assignments, and community access.

3. Account Registration

To access paid content, you must create an account via Telegram authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Payment and Pricing

Paid courses and subscriptions are available at prices listed on the checkout page. Payments are processed through third-party providers including NOWPayments (cryptocurrency) and Telegram Stars. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect existing paid subscriptions.

5. Subscription Plans

One-time purchase: Grants lifetime access to the purchased course content. Monthly subscription: Grants access to one new module per month. Cancellation stops future charges but retains access to already-unlocked modules. Payment plan: Three equal monthly installments for full course access. Full access is granted from the first payment.

6. AI Dealer Chat

The AI Dealer is an educational tool powered by artificial intelligence. It provides general information about forex market mechanics and brokerage operations. It does not provide financial advice, specific trade recommendations, or guaranteed trading strategies. Use of AI Dealer output is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, including text, video, audio, graphics, and software, is the property of YnotInsider and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for educational purposes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: share your account or course access with others; copy, redistribute, or resell course materials; use automated tools to scrape or download content; attempt to reverse-engineer the AI Dealer or any platform systems; use the Service for any illegal purpose.

9. Disclaimer

YnotInsider Academy provides educational content only. Trading forex and financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We do not guarantee any specific trading results or financial outcomes. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YnotInsider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses from trading activities.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination for cause, you will lose access to the Service without refund.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
